1. Nature of Services

All our services are digital and personalized. Once a project has started, resources and creative time are allocated immediately — therefore, refunds are generally not available after the work has begun.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The service has not yet been started after payment.
  • There is a technical issue from our side that prevents delivery.
  • The service provided is completely different from what was agreed upon in writing.
